Did you know that Mexican professionals have a special streamlined path to migrate to the USA?

The TN visa was created by the US to address the needs of critically in-demand professions. This visa provides for a facilitated immigration path for Mexicans and Canadians for certain professions including accounting and finance. These professions require that the candidates having achieved higher levels of post-secondary education in their country of origin.

  • TN status may be granted for up to 3 years. TN extensions are available.
  • Qualifying candidates must have a job offer for a temporary full-time or part-time job with a U.S. employer (but not self-employment).
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service
The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) created special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico. The TN nonimmigrant classification permits qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to seek renewable temporary entry into the United States to engage in business activities at a professional level.
